Expeirence of admin: Been admin on 3 other servers 1 rp server 1 drift server  1 death match server

I would like to have an admin status on this server because:
-I want to keep the  server free from /rule breakers so other players can enjoy there game play.
-Help players in need of being helped.
- Help You(the owner) out with anything you need, or can not manage to do.
