Ok so this is my laptop

Its on diagnostics in BIOS menu

Then after that ^ this happens a black screen with a white dash on the top left corner

hmmm i think something is not working in your system i dont know what system it is i think was caused by a Virus..




Or!!! it one part of your laptop is not working....  it might be the Processor is malfunction.


Thats only my idea idk the real cause of that
