Samer Rocking Admin Level.. ENTER!

A player called Avenger came in the server.. I checked his level and he was 3..
He said that he was Samer, but i checked the info and it's the first time on server..
I went to check admin application and he was not in the list, so i set his temp level to 0, but then he said that Chronic gave him level 3 so i /settemplevel him to 3 again!
What i have to do now?

Samer is a hacker as the nsme AVENGER. He sent bots to PTP Server.
